Description:I designed and developed flowcharts, content maps, and user scenarios for Reality Based Learning's public Internet site.
To design the architecture, I consulted with various teams and individuals within the organization to ensure clear and effective communication to the target customer of the services the company the could provide.
Update: RBLC was acquired by SRA McGraw-Hill and has ceased to operate its own site. The software in its current form is now known as SRA Literacy Launcher. The software publishing industry is brutal I tell you!
