Description:
I was the UI Program Manager responsible for creating the campaign management and reporting user experiences for Microsoft's adCenter tool.
This system is targeted to pay for performance text and keyword advertisers on the msn/live/bing network.
I led the UI and user research effort in the SDLC and was instrumental in bringing this product to market. I established relationships for customer advisory panels, user research, friction/competitive index and innovation across research and development organizations.
I'm proud of the relationships I built across the product development, client services and marketing organizations throughout a three thousand plus team org.
