Description:The product page for eddiebauer.com significantly improved the customer's ability to make decisions & selections, recover from errors and find items they didn't even know they wanted.
One of the key learnings that team walked away with is that users don't mind scrolling so long as the right information is presented to them in the right order and at the right time.
Since I left Eddie Bauer, the site has been updated. However, the structure I designed has held up and is still being used.
